Toh Changkat Rembiah, the 3rd Panglima Kinta SABD and the first Panglima Kinta SABD of the Pasak Kepayang lineage

Toh Changkat Rembiah (1740-1765) was the 3rd Panglima Kinta Seri Amar Bangsa DiRaja (SABD) and the first Panglima Kinta SABD of the Pasak Kepayang lineage in the rotation system for the Panglima Kinta SABD position between the Pasak Paloh and Pasak Kepayang lineages. He was also the grandson of Maharaja Kinta Toh Chendang bin Kulop Kinta Toh Changkat Piatu on his father's side, and the grandson of the 4th Toh Senongsa Seri Nara Wangsa (SNW) Toh Nyior Manis bin the 3rd Toh Senongsa SNW Tok Tempoyak on his mother's side.

The marriage between his father, Panglima Kinta SABD Toh Tambak, and his mother, Toh Puan Intan, sparked the creation of a new title called Panglima Kinta SABD, with his father being the first holder of the position. The title of Toh Senongsa SNW was inherited (by his children) through his mother's side, serving as a Kapit (deputy) to the Panglima Kinta SABD who governed Kampung Kepayang (Fair Park, Ipoh), while also assisting the Panglima Kinta SABD in governing Kinta as a whole.

The marriage between his father and mother is believed to be symbolic of uniting the two main ruling families in the Kinta District or 'Negeri Kinta', namely the family of Maharaja Kinta Toh Chendang bin Kulop Kinta Toh Changkat Piatu (who ruled around Batu Gajah, Kinta) and the family of the 4th Toh Senongsa SNW Toh Nyior Manis bin the 3rd Toh Senongsa SNW Toh Tempoyak (who ruled around Ulu Kinta, Kinta, centered in Kampung Kepayang, Fair Park, Ipoh).

The mother of the 3rd Panglima Kinta SABD Toh Changkat Rembiah was the second wife of Panglima Kinta SABD Toh Tambak. This marriage established a rotation system between the two lineages of the Panglima Kinta SABD family, namely the Pasak Paloh lineage (through Toh Tambak's first wife) and the Pasak Kepayang lineage (through Toh Tambak's second wife, Toh Puan Intan). After the passing of his father, Toh Tambak, his elder half-brother, Toh Changkat Saga, was appointed as the 2nd Panglima Kinta SABD representing Pasak Paloh, and subsequently, Toh Changkat Rembiah was appointed as the 3rd Panglima Kinta SABD representing Pasak Kepayang following his brother's passing.

He was blessed with several children, including the 5th Panglima Kinta SABD Toh Ngah Gapor, the 5th Toh Senongsa SNW Che Andak Selamah, and the 6th Toh Senongsa SNW Toh Tua. Panglima Kinta SABD Toh Changkat Rembiah passed away in 1765 and was buried in the Muslim cemetery at Masjid Al-Khairiah (Masjid Warisan), Kampung Kepayang, Fair Park, Ipoh, near the grave of his father, the 1st Panglima Kinta SABD Toh Tambak, and the grave of his grandson, the 7th Panglima Kinta SABD Toh Ngah Jabor.
