The design of the sculpture is the result of a collaboration between the Department of Fine Arts, College of Creative Arts, and the Department of Architecture, College of Built Environment, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Perak Branch, Seri Iskandar Campus. This project is a close partnership between the Bagan Datuk District Officer's Office, the Bagan Datuk Land and District Office, and UiTM Perak Branch. Additionally, the project was sponsored by Puncak Emas Infra Sdn. Bhd., demonstrating the private sector's commitment to preserving and promoting Malay cultural heritage.
