By using this platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OrangPerak, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account confidential and for all activity under it. Registration information must be accurate and up to date.

3. User Content

You retain rights to the content you post (listings, articles, comments), but grant us a licence to display it on the platform. Unlawful, fraudulent or offensive content will be removed without notice.

4. Marketplace & Transactions

OrangPerak is an intermediary platform. Transactions in the Flea Market, Events and Tourism modules occur between buyers and sellers/organisers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety or legitimacy of any listing.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways (Billplz, Stripe). Refund claims must be made directly with the relevant seller or organiser, subject to their respective policies.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the platform for fraud, spam, sale of illegal goods, copyright infringement, or any activity that violates Malaysian law.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, OrangPerak is not liable for any losses arising from use of the platform or transactions between users.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
