King of Bukit Larut Run Returns

The 3rd edition of the King of Bukit Larut run is back after its last edition in 2015. The run will be held on April 9, 2017, at Bukit Larut, Taiping, Perak. This event is brought to you by the PACat Adventure Team in collaboration with sponsors Toyo Tires and the Taiping Municipal Council.

The 3rd edition of the King of Bukit Larut run is back after its last edition in 2015. The run will be held on April 9, 2017, at Bukit Larut, Taiping, Perak. This event is brought to you by the PACat Adventure Team in collaboration with sponsors Toyo Tires and the Taiping Municipal Council.

Route Bukit Larut

Registration is open to all Malaysians, permanent residents, and international runners aged 18 and above. The run categories are divided into three: 5km, 10km, and 26km. The 5km distance is a 'Fun Run' open to participants aged 7 and above. The 10km and 26km distances are open to men, women, and veterans. The race route follows the paved road starting from the foot of the hill to the peak of Bukit Larut. Shortcuts outside of the paved road are not permitted to ensure the safety of participants. Registration will close on March 14, 2017, or once the participant limit of 800 is reached. Early bird registration is available until January 31, 2017, while normal pricing applies from February 1 to February 28, 2017.
