Free Industrial Skills Training in Perak
For the attention of all loyal readers of orangperak.com, the Perak Human Capital Development Centre (PHCDC) is the Perak State Skills Training Centre and a Skills Training Centre accredited by the Department of Skills Development, Ministry of Human Resources. They implement competency certification accreditations that are recognized both domestically and internationally.

For your information, the Perak Human Capital Development Centre is offering opportunities for youths and SPM school leavers to join industrial skills training for the upcoming 2017 session. It is stated that program fees will be 100% funded for selected students, and job placement in the industry upon completion is guaranteed. This is a great opportunity to upgrade individual skills and subsequently increase experience in your chosen field. Please be informed that intake is for the May 2017 session and places are limited. The programs listed below will be conducted at the Perak Human Capital Development Centre training location in Bandar Meru Raya. The programs offered are as follows:
- SKM Level 2: Automotive - After-sales Service (12 months)
- SKM Level 2/3: Industrial Automation Engineering - Mechatronics (18 months)
For your information, the mandatory requirements for admission are as follows:
- Malaysian citizen aged 16 to 45 years old.
- Total household income of less than RM3,500.
- SPM school leavers who are interested in working in the industry.
