Bazar Medan Jaya is a single-story business premise featuring 20 business lots, consisting of five concept stores, eight fixed kiosks, and seven mobile kiosks in the concourse area, alongside several food court units. This is the first premise of its kind in Perak and the third in Malaysia. It began operations in September 2017 and is open daily from 10 am to 10 pm.
