Sultan Nazrin Consents to 81 Youth Leaders Delivering Sermons in Mosques Across Perak

In recognition of the vital role of the younger generation in religious and community development, HRH Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah has consented to 81 Perak youth leaders serving as guest khatibs in mosques throughout the state this Friday.

The Friday sermon titled "Confident Youth: Fulfilling the Vision of This World and the Hereafter" will be delivered simultaneously in 81 mosques, marking a progressive step in involving youth as leaders in the dissemination of Islamic knowledge and leadership.

Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Mohd. Annuar Zaini, President of the Perak Islamic Religious and Malay Customs Council (MAIPk), stated that this initiative reflects the Sultan of Perak's commitment to shaping youth who are not only dynamic in worldly development but also firm in their faith for the hereafter.

“The appointment of khatibs from among the youth is an honor and an opportunity for them to lead and convey messages that are relevant to the spirit of the times,” he explained.

This program is expected to further invigorate the role of youth in society, while supporting the state government's vision of producing a younger generation that is balanced in terms of spirituality and intellect.

With a theme emphasizing self-confidence and life balance, this sermon is expected to inspire congregants, especially the youth, to become agents of positive change in driving the nation's progress.
