Mee Udang Mak Jah Founder Passes Away

We were shocked by the passing of the popular Mee Udang Mak Jah founder, who died at 10:31 PM on January 2, 2017. Consequently, the Mee Udang Mak Jah shop will be closed temporarily. May her soul be blessed and placed among the righteous.

The cause of death has not yet been identified, and we are working to obtain information from her immediate family. For the residents of Perak and the people of Taiping in particular, they are certainly very familiar with the delicious taste of Mee Udang Mak Jah. Her stall, located in Kg Menteri, Kuala Sepetang, was always packed with customers coming from various districts and states to taste the prawn noodles that have been the talk of the town for so long.
